Quick start

Create your first bracket in minutes

Step 1

Choose team count

Pick 4, 8, 16, 32, or enter a custom number and BracketFast builds the structure.

Step 2

Add teams

Type names or paste a list to fill the bracket instantly.

Step 3

Share or export

Send a live link or download a PNG/PDF for sharing and print.

Open the editor and update team names directly.

Modes and access

BracketFast has three access modes so you can share safely.

View mode

Read-only. Viewers can see updates but cannot change anything.

Edit mode

Full access to names, descriptions, and layout. Scores are locked here.

Score mode

Only update winners and results. Team setup stays protected.

Share links explained

Each link is designed for a different role.

View link

For spectators. Read-only access to the latest bracket.

Edit link

For organizers. Update teams, descriptions, and structure.

Score link

For referees. Only update winners and match results.

When you can or cannot edit

You can edit teams and tournament details in Edit mode.

You can score matches only in Score mode while the tournament is Ongoing.

You cannot edit anything in View mode.

You cannot change results in Edit mode to avoid overwriting scores.

You cannot score if the tournament is Pending or Completed.

Password protection

BracketFast lets you protect Edit and Score access with a password.

Set the password in the Share panel.

Anyone opening Edit or Score links must enter the password.

View links remain open for easy sharing.

Exporting your bracket

Choose the format that fits your audience.

PNG for sharing on social or chat.

PDF for printing or official documents.

Export current view or export the full bracket in one click.

Fullscreen mode

Focus on the bracket with a clean full-screen canvas for presentations and review.
